What Is NLP?
A visual object is always portrayed in such a way that we associate it with something else. This associative pattern of images makes it easier for us to respond to the object. Therefore, fear is caused when an object seems to strike the most fear in our minds and does not take us back to the associative memory.
We experience fear to see a complete stranger on the street, or when we are going to meet a complete stranger. This is the reason why we feel uneasy, nervous, and can not go out on a date with someone. This is the same reason why we get scared when we are meeting a complete stranger in our office or any place that we hang out.
However, this fear is shown when we see complete strangers. But, when we get this fear from somebody that we know and also have a good relationship with, then it becomes different. Then, fear comes from different causes.

When our body experiences fear, especially because it is caused by a fear of unfamiliarity, we cannot think clearly. So, it will affect our thinking patterns. This is what NLP is all about. Since we are aware of the fact that fear is caused by our mind, and that our thoughts create our world, we should be conscious of our thoughts, and when our body is afraid we should learn to reprogram ourselves to look at our fear from a different angle. This is what NLP is all about. We need to develop skills so that we can overcome our fears.
