A very powerful NLP technique is the analysis-transformation cycle. This cycle is used to take a particular problem – in this case, insecurity – and turn it into a way of solving it. It starts with the recognition that the person – in this case, the client – may be feeling insecure because he doesn’t have the salary he expected or he got laid off from his job.
